Flu Clinic Time!

Influenza Vaccinations are available at the Community flu Vaccination Clinics.  No appointment is necessary.  Charge for the Influenza vaccine at the scheduled clinics will be $25.00.  If you request a flu vaccine at a time other than listed below, the charge will be $65.00 and an appointment will be required.  Please call the Corning, Lenox or Bedford Clinics to schedule and appointment.

The scheduled clinics listed below will accept private pay, Medicare and Medicaid individuals.  Please bring Medicare/Medicaid cards to the scheduled clinics.  Private insurance will not be billed but receipts will be available to submit private insurance.  Pneumovaxvaccinations are only available at the Corning, Bedford and Lenox Clinics and an appointment is necessary.  Cost for this vaccination is $98.00.  The medical clinics will submit to any insurance for this vaccination.

Only flu shots at these dates/locations:

Tuesday: November 25th from 9am to 4pm at FHC, 703 Rosary Drive, Corning.

Rob, Brenda,Paige, Carter and Katie were involved in a serious car accident on October 10th, 2008.  Brenda and Paige received severe neck injuries and are in halos.  Brenda halos suffered major ligament damage to her ankle. Both are recovering at home.  Due to long absences from work during recovery and overwhelming medical expenses, we are hosting this benefit in their honor.  Please come support great people, enjoy good food and good entertainment.
